2025 Virginia House Districts 64 and 65 Nominating Committees
and
Stafford County Board of Supervisors Nominations
The Democratic Candidate for the November 4, 2025 General Election will be selected by primary on June 17, 2025.
HD65: Primary candidates must submit their Petitions, Declaration of Candidacy and Primary Filing Fee Receipt to Thomas Kimbrell, Chair of the 65th HD Nominating Committee, between noon on March 17 and 4:59 PM on April 3.
On March 17, 2025 Candidates may submit their petitions from 12:00 noon to 5:00PM at 418 Collingwood Drive, Falmouth, Virginia 22405. To arrange for delivering petitions and other required documents after March 17, contact the Chair, Thomas Kimbrell, by text at (540-220- 6941) and by email at (twkimbrell47@gmail.com). The Vice Chair of the HD65 Nominating Committee, Terrell McCandrew, will be available from 3:00 PM to 4:59 PM on April 3 at 526 Cumberland Drive, Falmouth, Virginia 22405 to receive any remaining petitions. To arrange for delivering petitions and other required documents after March 17, contact the Chair, Howard Rudat, by text (at 757-814-5281) and by email at (howardmrudat@gmail.com). The Chair will also be available from 3:00 PM to 4:59 PM on April 3 at 10 Hayes Street. Contact the chair of the nominating committee if you have any questions.

The Stafford Democratic Committee meets on the second Saturday of every month.
All meetings are held at 9:30 AM at the Stafford Government Center, Board of Supervisors Chambers
